Kiddo Garden Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of Kiddo Garden’s services. By enrolling your child in Kiddo Garden, you agree to be bound by these terms.

By enrolling your child, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not enroll your child in Kiddo Garden.

2. Child’s Age and Eligibility

Kiddo Garden accepts children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. Please ensure your child meets the age requirements before enrolling.

3. Hours of Operation

Kiddo Garden is open Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Kiddo Garden is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all children. We require parents to provide up-to-date health records for their children. All staff members are CPR/First Aid certified.

Kiddo Garden is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur while your child is in our care. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept this liability.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to Terms
